Is anyone else following up with them?

The letter we received from the CEO doesn't begin to cover the actual scenario and irresponsible design and behavior that we bore the brunt of. Is anyone asking for credits and responding back to them?

The best way to follow up would be to take your business elsewhere. Too bad it's not an option for everyone.

The CEO letter does not give any details and I'm not sure they want to give that out. There is supposed to be a reason for outage report coming soon. My boss is steamed this morning and wants me to look at other providers or go back to in-house Exchange.

I hear you. The funny thing is there aren't many that do it any better than Intermedia. We've tried a few and as for in-house... Never more never more. Ironically a few of the ones I look at from big hosting providers use to outsource their email to Intermedia.

You are right on all counts. Intermedia is getting way too big so when they fall they fall hard. The same thing happened to the large VoIP vendor I was using. Went to a small local vendor and the service/support and call quality improved greatly. I guess the only good thing is that they will probably do whatever they need to make sure something like this does not happen again.
