Can't call, no answer to emails sent to support, NO idea what is going on. Can't tell clients what the REAL situation is.

Same thing. No email flow internally or externally in or out from Outlook or Webmail. They are not answering emails, phone number is no longer active and all partner and client portals are down or with extremely slow response time. All timing out. NO INFO FROM INTERMEDIA AS USUAL

Same here, in Boston. NOTHING. No communication. No phone support... nothing.. These people need to get their acts together..

I'm totally fed up with this crappy provider. No responses to my emails, no updates on Hostpilot for three hours, their phone number is no longer active, et. al. As soon as I can I am moving my personal business as well as all my clients (reseller) sites to another provider.
