...really, I expect at least an emergency text alert. How can someone run a business if the hosting company can't even let you know to implement your own failovers? (To say nothing of the fact that I'd expect a 'cloud computing' company to have very robust failovers themselves).

just got first text alert saying SOME users may have trouble accessing their mailboxes. ...nothing there about the site itself, or phones, or...

No text/Call/Email (other address) alerts here... Boston still down 100%. Can't even get through on phone.

We are in FL...completely down. Our counterpart in AL is also completely down. I can reach the main intermedia.net website but cannot reach the log in page. I called corporate - 800-553-8336 and selected "0" for the operator as the message requested and it just loops you back to the message saying that if you know your party's extension to enter or press "0". I cannot get anywhere and, of course, the support numbers don't work. The second I can access my mail I'm switching to another hosting provider who, hopefully, has fail over in place. This is insane!

Couldn't agree more... They've proven to be the company we DO NOT want to be with... We're losing $$ every minute here...

Do not call 18005538336, that is an educational software company of the same name. We are down 100% here in the National Capital area. I manage 3 accounts 2 PBX and one Mail, all non functional.

Any updates? Down hard and a lot of my clients area few minutes away from pooping their shorts. Sigh. So much for pitching their voip voip services now.
