Unable to complete checkout

I cannot complete checkout on some bookcases because I keep getting an error message at step 1, when I am asked for my zip code. I am not told that delivery is unavailable, I am not given options for in-store pickup or third party delivery or anything. I am given an error message and I am stuck at step 1.
