IKEA PAYMENT SYSTEM

PAYMENT SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS OR PURCHASES< 

Ive called the Bank, 2 different banks, Ive called paypal 

The trascations are not even registering onthe bank system,
So IT IKEA needs to get on it. No purchases allowed because I can't pay.
