Site and coupon issues app not working right

Copied from another complaint, having same issues: Get a whitlabel error message . On the website .and using app you can't clip coupons or change store locations.  

I've contacted customer service twice. Theyclosed both tickets with note saying it's a known issue, they're working on it, try again later.
