I have been unable to access my online account on 'Fifth Third Bank' for last 2 months, I have made several complaints to their customer service and their tech in support, all they do is give me run around. By the way I am not the only one, almost everyone out there is unable to login online on their PC's and laptops. I heard they are forcing people to use app on cell phones.

99% of the time Fifth Third intenet banking website does not work. This has been going on for over 6 months & they keep saying they are updating the site OR that it is the user's problem. When you look on Sitedown.com there are comments every day from people who cannot access online banking no matter what browser they are using. The problem exists with the online version and with the App for phones. I have been going to switch banks, but see that many other banks have this same issue. The government needs to do something like maybe Fine them in their customers cannot access their money. We can't depend on being able to make payments on time, transfer money from savings to checking, schedule a bill payment. I actually had to quit using the bill pay feature because I couldn't get online to schedule the payments. Now I have to go to the website of my electric company, cable company, credit card & anything else I want to pay. Meanwhile we are charged monthly fees while they have our money making interest on it. I live 25 miles from the nearest branch so it is Not convenient to go to the branch for help. If Putin wants some easy money he should just get someone in Russia to hack in and take it from Fifth Third Bank. I'm pretty sure Russia's has better I.T. people than Fifth Third has. As mentioned, I see this is happening with Wells Fargo and a couple of other banks that I can't think of right now. Are we that Stupid in America that our banks cannot create websites that acutally work?
