I can get to the site but I am unable to login with the chrome browser. If I use firefox or internet Explorer 11 it works fine. With chrome, I enter my username and password and then click login then see the three elipses but it just hangs and never does anything.

Same here, unable to login using chrome. Sent question to bank but never heard anything.
Same problem. Can't login via chrome... it hangs like it's still working on it.
Login works ok if I switch to the Microsoft browser.
