Unable to log in

Have been unable to log in to online banking for almost two weeks.  Customer "Service" says "Try another browser, clear browser data, try another device..." etc..an IT is aware of problem.  Nothing works.  Just get three blinking dots or "Oops, something went wrong, try again" message.  About ready to look for another bank with a competent IT dept.

This has been a MAJOR PROBLEM for my father. He is 90 and has no smartphone so he needs to get online at least every other day. Tried 3 different browsers with no luck - click on log in and it hangs with the three flashing dots. Strangely enough I can get on on my laptop. Took over an hour with 53.com until I got to some worthless rep halfway around the world to tell me nothing. Asked for an onshore rep who concluded it was his computer. My dad is considering pulling his money out of his accounts. Wish 53 would monitor sites like this.
