Haven't been able to log in for over a week now. Says that my ID and password are invalid despite being correct---won't even let me reset my password because it claims my identifying information is also invalid.

I'm having the exact same problem!!! It's so annoying. And if I'm late paying on my account, I'm sure they are going to charge a late fee.
Same person again, issue still hasn't been fixed. It's been weeks. If anyone reading this can figure out how to solve the issue, please comment and let us all know what to do.
