Cannot log into online account says invalid in wrong user ID also cannot get ahold of customer service via the telephone

Same issue here as well. Withdrew cash at an ATM at 7:30 this AM no problems. BUT now I can't get into my online banking and the error said they were having technical issues and to call the 800 number. Newsflash!! 800 number is ALSO NOT working. Tried calling the Branch locations, those lines also are not working. That is very concerning; I wouldn't think that their phone lines should be affected. Not a very happy individual right now as I have made a many payments online today and now have concerns about whether or not they are going to actually go through and there is no announcement being made about a system issue.
