Can't login

Yep, this is the same error message I'm recieving each time I attempt to login (since yesterday) and then I get the error "account blocked because of too many login attempts..etc" and then it asks me to reset my password, asking me for my social security number, etc.  Last month they were having issues with delayed deposits and withdrawels due to a 'server issue' ..  Extremely frustrating. Calling bank now. >: (
