can't log in to the account on the computer

Tried several times for 3 weeks now to log in to my account but the log in failed, called customer service several times, I was told that they aware of the problem and the issues and they got sevral complaints regarding this issue. I went to 5/3 bank branch and explained the issue and problem of logging in to the count to branch manager, and I was told that never heard anything and not aware of the issue or any problem regarding this matter.
