can't log in on chromebook

Why can't a big bank like 53rd fix a browser problem with chromebook. It is the most popular browser out there. Please help your loyal customers by getting this ongoing problem fixed. Chromebook does not easily allow new browsers to be installed and we, your customers are not alll computer experts like your company should have.

On my touchscreen Chromebook, I downloaded the Fifth Third mobile app.  The Chromebook now acts like it was a smartphone and allows me to do online banking.  I still can't open the Internet Banking features.
