Cant log in because my user Id and Password are wrong, but they are not.

I cannot login with my credentials uisng Crome but I can with  Microsoft Edge so is not because my credentials are wrong.  Not sure what is going on with Crome and Fifth Third Bank. I went reset my password which I did not have too once I noticed that did not work but it worked using MS Edge. Very fustrating!!
