When I put in my user name and password it just sits and does nothing. I tried this twice and I am not wanting to keep trying it

I tried today to go on my on-line banking account and nothing. I also tried to send an email to Fifth Third Bank and I received the same thing, nothing!!!!
I used a different browser and I was able to get into my accouont.... PROBLEM SOLVED
