I get an invalid user id & password notification when trying to login on my laptop on the website. I get an uh oh That didn't go as planned. Please try again notice when trying to use the app. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Just hold music and then one time it will come back on to ask me to put my card number or ss # in again for faster service. This is truly unacceptable.

SAME f!*#ING PROBLEM THIS IS CRAZY HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO CHECK MY BALANCE WHEN I CANT LOGIN??!!! AND I CALL AND IT TELLS ME TO ENTER SSN OR CARD NUMBER THEN I ENTER SSN AND MY 4 DIGIT CODE THEN IT PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES THEN ASK ME TO REENTER THE INFORMATION f!*# THIS s!*t
