This has been down for over 24 hours. What is going on? Tried to contact customer service ... response was " The call center is not open".

I'm also having the same problem. Is it wrong of me to at least feel a little better knowing I'm not the only one. I thought maybe there was something going on with my account and started to get nervous.j

This is becoming very annoying. I have to reset my password each time I login into the app or web account. I am closing my accounts.
