Changed password and can't log in. It's been 2 weeks. What kind of bank hires an IT person who can't do their job?

Unable to access 5/3 Checking to verify a 5/3 Master card payment. Both I.D. and P.W are saved and should work w/o issues. Tried different approcahes. Nothing worked
Called listed # but was more confusing since I ama Guardian for the acct.
