I have spent days tryigng to log in to no avail. Customer service is of very little help and apparently so is IT according to a personal banker with whom I am dealing. Seems they just can't get a handle on what they call an "ongoing issue." What are they doing over there anyway? I am so unimpressed with Fifth Third and these log in issues continue unabated. Do NOT like this bank at all.

Same here. Every time I login I receive the "Oops something went wrong.." error message, and then I'll try logging in again a few hours later just to be informed my account is blocked due to too many failed login attempts. Really?? Very frustrating. Last month there were issues with delayed deposits and withdrawals, and the phone rep said they were dealing with some problems on their severs. I wonder what else is going on. I've been banking with Fifth Third for almost 20 years and never had any major problem with them, aside from some occasional website glitches/login issues like these. >: (
