I had to clear the cookies cache from my browser (firefox) in order to get access to my financial records.  After it was cleared, I had to re-register my computer so the bank would recognize it next time.  They sent me a code, I entered it and was given access to my accounts again.

Google how to clear your cache for your browser to once again access your Fifth Third account.

Clear the cookie Cache of your browser will enable you to get acess to your account again.  I found another site where someone mentioned doing that.  I did it to my browser (firefox) and it worked!
