This website has been down for me for a little over 2 weeks. The front page will load but I can't ship or track ANYTHING! I've used both Safari & Firefox. I don't understand why this problem hasn't been fixed.

I think FEDEX isn't down--rather, some of us can't see pages that are coded in HTML5 with our older browsers. For me, the page loads briefly but then disappears. I'm using an older laptop with the most recent browser allowed by its OS, and I can't see anything on FedEx this week. FedEx, shame on you! Fellow sufferers, you can use FexEx's mobile site as a substitute: m.fedex.com .

I'm having the same problem. It loads in Safari but not Firefox. The results appear and then disappear. This has to be HTML mistake, and it's costing FEDEX MONEY because it's using bandwidth and taking people's time, which in turn is costing us money! Fedex please fix it! Thanks CH for the tip.

I've got the same problem of a page that loads, then immediately disappears, using OSX 10.5.8 and Safari 4.0.2.. I assume it's a problem with either the Safari CSS and/or something to do with how the JavaScript works. Then again, it might be a problem with the WebCore library itself, because my usual system (10.6.8) stopped loading webpages AT ALL, which is why I'm running the ancient 10.5.8. I managed to cobble together a system install using another bootable partition and an old installer DMG. It does display for a second, but I either cannot hit command-period at just the right spot, or Safari for some reason CANNOT stop the page load/javascript/rendering before whatever is causing it to disappear happens.
