Around 9:00 am eastern standard time, my account was being logged into other company/ user accounts when trying to send out a fax.This happened on 3 different occassions even after logging out of the account. Tried calling customer support but the phone call just dropped and would not go through. As if the number didnt exist. Around 9:30 am I was unable to login to account. Kept receiving 504 error code.
