I was connected to a Fatrak agent only to assisted with the most unprofessional agent, her name was Sophia T. I have waited about 10 minutes to be connected with an online agent, then when I was connected I told her my situation. Only to getting no response, then when I naturall typed a "hello?" I got a "Hi" reply??? WHO?? What kind of a professional agent responds like that?? Overall terrible experince I would say, If you plan on going to the Bay Area you better make sure which lane you are paying at because the workers don't care jsut to charge you for not being a Fastrak account holder. I've been four times by now to wait for my account to charged with the toll. Fastrak is an unprofessional company.
