cannot connect to web site error message...this page can't be displayed

For the last couple days ( Oct 15-16th) I have tried to log on to my Facebook account however, it goes right to "Internet can not show web page". I have checked with others to see if they are having problems as well. But No, it appears its only my computer. So could you please check into this and correct the problem. Thank you

Ihave had the same problem for a couple days myself. I cannot connect into Facebook and my thing says, " Cannot connect to facebook." Please help.
for the past 2 days I have been trying to log in to facebook when I click log in a page pops up that says Internet Explorer cant display this page ( I was playing a game on facebook when I click on part of game next thing that happenend I was out of facebook and havent been able to get back in since then)
