Same message...same issue. Seems to be an ongoing problem for random people since 2011...can't find anything to fix it via google. Deleted cookies, browsing history, using Google Chrome. So frustrating!

From looking at the times for the last few comments, looks like one of their servers crashed and burn.

I googled around and this has happened before. I cleaned my cache, cookies, temp files like they said but it did not work. I am wondering if the new fad of posting recipes has caused the site to crash!!

I have the same error. I tried resetting my password, which worked up until the last step - then it kicked me back out again. Assuming it's some kind of a server crash that houses a chunk of accounts.

Same issue. I was told to email Facebook, and I did, but it sent me an auto-reply with links to Facebook to report my problem that I can't access because of this message. Ugh!

If you clear your cache and cookies, you should then be able to access the links from the email.

I cleared all thing I can but still in vain, my! But I still can log in via phone, but can't assess the setting. Anyone recovers???

Somehow I am back on. I cleared the cache, browsing history, etc via Chrome. Don't know if that's what did it, but somehow I'm back on. I am hesitant to rejoice as I've read too many stories that say this continues to happen to the same people over and over. Especially since I don't know if it was something I did to fix it or if it was actually just a server crash like previously mentioned. :/

Aaaaand now I'm down again. argh!
