I've been "trying again" for the last couple of hours and, even after a cache clear and reboot, I'm still getting the message.

I have the same thing. But mine hasn't been available since this afternoon, several hours!

My problem began today around 5:15 pm. I understand this error message is displayed when FB is upgrading the server our account sits on, and it should not take long to come back up. Less than 24 hours.
