my access in Chicago area has been down since late Tuesday/early Wednesday but it appears to be working smoothly this afternoon. granted, have not checked paypal yet (which was also down) but i'm hoping this fix is permanent.
as for me, i'm switching service providers. Clear should have, at the very least, sent out an email about this. hours spent trying to fix the problem myself. this customer is leaving for good.
