I called eBay customer support (866-540-3229 ) and reported the site not working. He said I was the only one to report a problem. WTF?

have been trying for five hours to access my ebay page, but it is still unavailable
I just called EBay and they said it must be our browsers. WTF?! We all can't be having the same browser issue at the same time. Plus I have tried on both Mozilla and IE....
