It let me sell similar & schedule listings, but would only let me launch one, now it's the same as your page
I'm the OP. So far, I have been able to list THREE items today... and this is since 8am (it is now 2:06pm)!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh... and I never realized that adding listings was a 'feature'...
I like it when websites give these inane reasons why errors occur. Yes, like just because we are trying to use their site, and choose an option they offer us that causes an error we are supposed to know what we did wrong and go back and correct it? That is total B.S on eBay, or any other site where similar problems. Plus who writes that crap anyway the use for messages? Morons I suspect.

At 9.46am eBay apologized for the lengthy disruption that is stopping people bidding on items, selling products or paying for purchases:
“The eBay system is undergoing scheduled general maintenance. This maintenance work has run longer than planned. During this maintenance period, certain eBay features may be intermittently unavailable or slow. We will update you with more information and actions taken soon. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. “
pathetic ebay... i'm experiencing the same problems
I have not been able to list that 4th item. It is now almost 4pm, that means in 8hrs I've listed THREE items only... THREE!
Further... I've only had THREE (what, is this a magic number for eBay or something?!) sales since 12:00am this morning... 3 sales in 16hrs on a Friday... that is PA-THET-IC!!
I seriously doubt that eBay will compensate me in any way whatsoever.
