I get this problem too, but only from a specific IP address. I get the access denied error as soon as I connect to ebay.com, before I get a chance to sign on. If I use a different browser, or even a different UserID, on that machine it fails. If I force the machine to get a different IP address, then it works. It's only the one IP address that fails. Everything else on the Internet works from this machine, just Ebay fails. It seems that Ebay has blocked this IP address for some reason. Does anyone know how to get it unblocked? The failing address is 173.15.232.226
