Can't login. I get the error message "specified URL cannot be found"
I get this message when accessing this site from home, but from my phone (when not on WiFi), I get through just fine. I believe they are blocking some people, but I have no way of figuring out why they're blocking my home or who to contact.
Try switching browsers - the website has problems with Google Chrome. I switched to Internet Explorer and was able to login
I'm on Linux, so I've tried Chromium and Firefox. I've also tried my Android phone over WiFi. It's most definitely not the browser. They're blocking some IP addresses for some reason. If I swtich from Fios to cellular data, it works fine.
