FIX for "The specified URL cannot be found" login error

This is apparently an issue with the Chrome web browser; switching to another browser such an Internet Explorer should allow you to login.

I have validated that this problem also occurs on MS-Edge.  As the other posted indicated, using Internet Explorer worked for me.  I also tried firefox and that worked as well.
