EZ Pass website gives a "system down" error when attempting to sign up for new account. This problem has persisted for MONTHS! No response when brought to customer service attention. All this money we are forced to spend on bridges, tunnels, tolls and pathetic road conditions that are never repaired in the NY area, and to add insult to injury, this is seriously the crap website we are forced to put up with? Can they not afford a simple web monitor? ... smh.
