We are compelled  now to have ezpass and ability to make payments to avoid thruway penalties (30% toll penalty + $2 per statement). I am having such trouble signing up, the site is full of bugs and probably security holes too. It is a design from the early 2000s. 

I am very weary now about signing up, getting double charged, late fees, etc.

The customer service sucks too, you wait 30-40 minutes at least to talk to someone, they can't really do anything.

No excuse for BS like this 2020.
