When logging in, it says cant find account. Asks you to reset password. Then can't find user account

App says my info is wrong for logging in, yet I use Face ID for this. Have been using the app all day. I can log in via the web with my user name and password but my accounts are Not viewable and there are no balances shown. I can see notifications from recent trades that I made.
