Dailymotion has forced some Quota system for certain countries and regions. When it has enough bandwidth available, videos are available for all. Otherwise, they dont serve (mostly) Asian Countries anymore.

Its hopeless, they have no bandwidth, drop the video mid-playback, and add insult to injury by inserting a video ad when this happens. Completely hopeless as in australia it is our ISPs who pay for the links to the US. I will now no longer use this once great video streaming site.
