Restore Operations Have Been Unavailable Since Saturday 9/1/2012

Unable to restore any files from Crashplan. After logging into site and attempting to go to my computer get a "unable to login to server" error. Crashplan support has been notified and claims they knew about the issue and have been working on it. 3 days later, still down.
