Haven't been able to backup for 6 days

Everything was working before the Amazon crash last week. Now it won't backup the last 2.6GB of files. I can't get anyone on support to help. Very frustrating!

Cloud backup not working - message says "Unable to back up - no connection for 9.4 days".  No response to email sent to support.  Come on - fix this!
