Allowed me to add to card then gave strange error message

Had this problem most of yesterday 2/2/2015 and was able to get through overnight and received noticeof Site2Store order being ready as of 7:15am CST. Tried from about 10-15am -10:45 2/3/2015 to make a new Site 2 Store order and the same annoying error message.
We had initially called them last night only to get their corporate speak instead of resolution or acknowledgement. The representative basically said they needed a moment to confirm with their supervisor if the website was still "in the process of updatein" which we believe to mean, "should we scontinue withthe corporate line of bull about the website having major issues and us losing millions of dollars per hour in lost orders?"
