It is disappointing that that Starbucks site is down. I have tried the last two days with no access. This keeps people from registering cards and applying for istant prises as well as the Ultimate Giveaway.
It could be percieved as a way not to give away what is advertised. I sure hope this is not the case but some technical flaw.
