Walmart site "down for maintenance"

Site returns message that it's down for maintenance. First 9:00am to 10:00am, then 10:00am to 12:00pm, now 1:00pm to 5:00pm. This is unacceptable service. "Sorry for the inconvenience."? Ridiculous.
"Our site is down for maintenance from 01:00 PM EST to 05:00 PM EST. Please try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience."
