TC# not recognized
I called Walmart.com at the one hour guarantee line. I talked to a lady and she help me throughout the day calling me various times back on my phone. She help me try whole Lotta things to get this TC#issue resolved she finally called me back later in the day and said a lot of stores have had issues with TC numbers failing she said that the TV would be mine but I would not have tracking for the TV she recommended to go talk with the store manager and let them know that I had talked with Walmart.com and they said I would still have the TV. I went to Walmart this morning and talk to Colt at the Riverdale store this man is very nice and very helpful he said don't worry check back after 20 December and that he would guarantee a TV for me even if it meansthat you would have to give me an upgrade he would get me a TV. After reading some of these reviews I can't believe that Walmart was in corroborative with them. These guys and gals at Walmart have been very very helpful they cannot change the fact that the TC number failed but they can help the TV get the TV. Thank you Walmart
