TC# NOT RECOGNIZED ---- SOLUTION

Everyone,
I am having same issues...
After calling and talking to the walmart agent, and serached online.....i was adviced to go back to the store and request a change on the receipt.
The receipt should have something that says '1 hour guarantee'.....my receipt does not say that. I am going back to the walmrt tomorrow morning and request it to be fixed/changed...somehow.
