Cannot checkout

I have tried from 2 iPads, my laptop, and my desktop from home. I have tried from my desktop at work over the local network and over the VPN to my office router. I've tried Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox...all with no success. All the sites say that the Walmart site is UP and perfectly operational, just peachy keen! Really frustrating to not be able to get my groceries and gifts for the holidays from my overseas military location. Thanks Walmart! Fix your dang site!
