I can't view items or add items to cart or checkout

Since I can't add items to my cart and checkout, I lose out on the VETS10 discount and free ship for $50 and over. This doesn't make me want to coninue to put all my eggs in one basket with shopping at Kohl's this holiday season. I can't count on them.
