After verification of sitekey the website automatically takes you to the signin page and has the message" sign-off successful. Thank you." Not a happy BOA customer. They have not been providing us with world-class service with all the new changes and website constantly down. I don't even get online very often but it has been twice in less than a few weeks that it has been down. More than that if you include the Texas accounts that are never avaiable. I wish that they would get it together
