Cannot access shopping cart

When I click on shopping cart, the site navigates to a screen that merely says "Due to technical difficulties, we can't show the page you're trying to get to. What would you like to do?" with only links to the cart (which it won't go to) or the Homepage (which it will). I can add items to the cart (I see it increase). I have cleared cache/cookies, restarted, tried two different browsers and (Firefox and IE, in addition to original Chrome) it still will not allow me access to the shopping cart. I have also tried to not sign in and it still does the same thing. I have tried incognito, still does it. Support has been no help, they jusst told me to clear cookies, etc which I have already done. This has been going on for days now.
