Unable to access shopping cart page to revise order prior to checkout

This has been a problem for me for three days. I spend a lot of money online at Walmart and I'm about to take my funds elsewhere. When I highlight the cart, the page comes up saying that due to technical difficulties, page cannot be displayed. It has a selection for return to cart and checkout, and another spot for return to homepage. It will allow me to go to the homepage but it will not do anything else. It continues to come up technical diff.
