CITI Mastercard dissappeared

First contact with online support LOL ~ three weeks ago; last week constant calls trying to find way to pay account - missing is Citi BP Mastercard, Redi Credit info (it owes me) 90% of all payees; tried to add payees - can't get activation code. Polite, pleasant but incompetant staff. Will be starting bank change over today.
